~S.O.S (Rescue Me!)~
I couldn’t keep my eyes shut even for a minute no matter how hard i try, and it’s 6.30 am in the morning! Uhhhuhh.It seems soo clear to me now: I am suffer from insomnia. Just great!! I will start my new semester next week and the time couldn’t be more perfect. I’m getting a little bit worried right now thinking how on earth I am going to stay alert in class! And to make things worse, I am not a morning person. Can be quite cranky when I don’t get enough zzzzz….Btw, is there any way I can overcome this problem of mine in such a short time? I’ve tried reading some books before sleep, but it was no good.*sigh* anyone, any useful tips or whatsoever? Help needed!!

go read prof. hamdan’s book and try making sense out of it. works like super-magical sleeping powder for me everytime! haha mati i klu prof ada frenster =p
